Helphire Group plc, established in 1992, is the market leader in the provision of accident assistance to innocent drivers involved in road accidents. Through our subsidiary companies, we provide a host of services to the insurance and motor industries including the provision of legal expenses, theft policies, claims handling facilities and accident management solutions, reinforcing the company's position as the UK's leading provider of services to non-fault accident victims.

Helphire is one of Bath's great success stories. Started in a one-room farm building on the outskirts of Bath in 1992, we now have a turnover of more than £231 million and employ more than 2,300 people, countrywide.

We were founded to help motorists involved in accidents where they were not to blame. We work with the UK's top insurance companies to provide replacement vehicles after accidents making sure innocent parties stay mobile until their own vehicles are repaired or a cheque is received in the case of a write-off. Additionally, we also provide repair management services and help with personal injury claims.

Our aim is to be the UK's leading provider of claims services and replacement vehicles following accidents, by providing a quality customer service in co-operation with the insurance industry. It is an aim that has seen us grow to the point where we now employ over 2,300 people across 4 offices in Bath, Bristol, Peterlee and Northwich, as well as a network over 29 branches.
