Contact Centre Advisor - Sales - Inbound and Outbound

Salary: OTE £15,000 pa, 37.5 hps + flexible company benefits
Sales Advisor Our business is expanding and we are opening another office on Bracken Hill Business Park based in Peterlee, we provide assistance to customers that have had a motor vehicle accident. We give all our customers the attention and service they deserve. We recognise that having a motor vehicle accident can be an anxious time and cause unneccessary disruption to the lives of our customers. We acknowledge the needs of our customers and have pride in the services we provide. This makes the job of Sales Advisor interesting and rewarding. As part of our telephone sales team you are the first point of contact for our customers. You will help customers to log their claim and where they need it arrange to provide them with a hire vehicle, repairs to their vehicle and referrals for personal injury claims. You will have your own workstation, and we provide many benefits including free parking, paid rest breaks, flexible holidays, on-site restaurant, internet cafe, pool table, TV lounge, childcare vouchers, shopping and theme park discounts and company pension scheme. You must have good sales and customer service skills, experience is preferred but not essential, we can provide training in these areas for those wishing to take up their first position in a contact centre. You should have good telephone communication skills and decision making skills. Company training includes a three month training schedule which will ensure you have all the skills and knowledge needed to do the job. Every Team has a dedicated Coach and every Department has a dedicated Trainer in recognition of the value we place on developing our people. Our sales commission package is uncapped, it has a sliding scale of payments that reward performance and during your training you will receive reduced targets, giving you the ability to achieve a rewarding commission package. We operate a flexible shift which will require some weekend working, however, shifts are planned well in advance to help you to manage your quality of life. Peterlee is fairly central to the region and easily commutable from many parts of the region. – Inbound and outbound
