Collections/Customer Service Advisor

Location: Peterlee County Durham
Salary: Up to £14,000 + Benefits
Are you enthusiastic and driven in your approach to work and passionate about delivering excellent customer service?
Our Collections team are seeking Advisors to work in their busy and expanding department. You will be required to maximise and negotiate the recovery of monies owing to the business from third party insurers, whilst ensuring company standards are met and exceeded.
If successful your responsibilities will include effectively using skills to manage and negotiate the closure of claim cases. The achievement of personal targets as defined by the business, plus contributing to team and departmental targets. You will be required to maximise the percentage of inbound and outbound calls to secure your targets. Adhere to company procedures and ensure minimal processing errors. Contribute to and help maintain an excellent working environment by adopting a positive attitude in your dealings with customers, colleagues and management.
