Customer Service Advisor

A switched on person full of get-up-and-go, you'll handle incoming calls from a variety of customers, explain our services and procedures, gather the relevant information and you will be required to achieve service targets. It would be useful if you already have some experience of dealing with customers' enquiries over the telephone. Good attention to detail is a must, as is being used to working on a PC. Further, more specific skills can be learned when you join our full training programme.

Sales/Service Advisors

A customer service and target driven person, you will be required to achieve sales targets, delivering excellent customer service and advice in relation to the products and services purchased by our customers.

Claims Negotiator

An experienced credit controller/claims negotiator responsible for ensuring that claims handled by solicitors, particularly panel solicitors are dealt with efficiently and effectively. We are looking for candidates with a credit control background, ideally within the insurance industry. Previous claims recovery and complaints resolution is desired but not essential.

Administrative Assistants

Naturally well organised and full of initiative, you're the type of person who's thorough in everything you do - vital when getting involved in a variety of important admin duties. Responsible for handling and sorting all incoming correspondence, be it faxes or emails, you'll also use your computer skills to enter new information onto our system.
