Can I apply by post rather than online?
We are happy to accept your application in a format that suits you best, however our preference would be on line as this will allow a much speedier turnaround.

Can I email Helphire with a question or to follow up my application?
Yes, we are happy to answer any enquiries. Please forward your questions to the recruitment team.

Can I apply for more than one role?
Yes. Our policy is also to look at your details and consider you for any roles that we feel may suit your skills and experience.

Can I apply if I don't have a full work-permit?
We are happy to consider candidates with a holiday visa or temporary work permit.

What can I expect at an interview?
An interview may involve just one stage to meet with the line manager or a second stage which may involve some form of assessment centre. This will be dependant upon the role and full details of what to expect will be given to you at the time.

If my application is unsuccessful, can I request feedback?
We would be happy to provide feedback if required. Please contact a Recruitment Officer who will be able to provide you with feedback.

What is the dress code at the Helphire Group?
Smart casual with a dress down day on Fridays.

Are there lots of social activities?
Helphire is generally a sociable company and many departments meet regularly outside of work. In addition there are some sports activities such as cricket, football and the Corporate Games. The Company may also arrange a Christmas and Summer party.

What can I expect on my first day?
On your first day you will attend the Company induction. This will last all day and will allow you to get a better insight into the Helphire Group.
