Salary: OTE £16,000 + Benefits

Are you an innovative thinker, enthusiastic and driven in your approach to work and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? 

Our Internal Sales team are seeking Customer Service Advisors to work in their busy and expanding department. You will be required to achieve personal targets whilst delivering excellent customer service and advice in relation to the products and services purchased by our customers. 

If successful your responsibilities will include the achievement of personal targets as defined by the business, plus contributing to team and departmental targets. You will be required to maximise the percentage of inbound and outbound calls to secure your targets. Adhere to company procedures and ensure minimal processing errors. Contribute to and help maintain an excellent working environment by adopting a positive attitude in your dealings with customers, colleagues and management.
