Training & Development
At e-register we make sure all our people receive the training needed to do their job to the highest standard. Additionally, we support learning and development, equipping you with new skills as well as making the most of your talents to help you progress within the company.
On joining you'll attend a company induction day, giving you a useful overview of our business and taking you through the systems we use every day. Our claims staff also undertake the JET1 foundation course in jewellery with the National Association of Goldsmiths, and all Jewellery Experts will attend an initial two-day validation course with our leading jewellery consultant.
Each one of our people have their own training record, and can count on regular one-to-ones and performance reviews; giving you the opportunity to discuss your development and identify any specific needs together with your manager. We invest in providing a range of in-house training, including our 'stepping into management' course for team leaders and first line managers, offering the opportunity to learn the theory and practice the skills of leadership and management.
