Customer Service Advisor (Vehicle Rental Co-ordinator)

Helphire are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to be based at our busy branch in Leeds. We are looking for an effective team worker who is excellent at thinking on their feet, who has a positive and enthusiastic attitude, with the motivation to work to targets in a thriving team environment. Having a good sense of humour also goes a long way with us! The main purpose of your job will be to co-ordinate the delivery & collection of Helphire vehicles, to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service to uphold our excellent reputation. We will reward you with a competitive salary & benefits and the potential to progress your career with us.

You must hold a full driving licence. Having a good knowledge of the local road network and experience in the car hire industry would be an advantage.
