There are a wide range of opportunities available within Fleet Service, however these are some of our key branch roles:

Branch Managers and Supervisors

There are a number of Management and Supervisory roles available within our branches, each responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the branch.  These include:

  • Senior Branch Manager
  • Branch Manager
  • Branch Supervisor

In each role, you'll use your knowledge of the car hire industry and branch management experience to efficiently co-ordinate the day-to-day delivery, collection, servicing and maintenance of hire vehicles.  This will include the supervision of the Driver and Valet team whilst ensuring Helphire's high standards of maximum fleet utilisation and customer service are being met at all times.

Vehicle Rental Advisors

As a key customer contact within the branch you'll co-ordinate the delivery and collection of our vehicles working with members of the public and any appropriate Helphire departments.  Excellent customer service skills including a professional telephone manner will be the key to your success as you ensure that each vehicle transaction is carried out to the highest levels of efficiency and standards.  In addition you'll need a full driving licence and a sound knowledge of the local road network.

Drivers/Vehicle Delivery Agents

We look to our team of drivers and valeters to deliver and collect hire vehicles as directed by the Branch Managers and Supervisors, at all times ensuring that our vehicles are roadworthy and clean.  Typically we have opportunities for:

  • Senior Drivers
  • Bike Drivers
  • Driver Valeters
  • Fleet Administrators

In each case you'll need to have previous driving experience and a relevant, clean driving licence.  This combined with a sound knowledge of the local and national road network, good organisational skills and the ability to valet a vehicle will see you deliver the high level of service that our customers have come to expect.
