Business Systems Analyst -Helphire Group PLC

Our IT department are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to work in our Pinesgate, Bath offices. The central purpose of the role is to liaise with business customers and to translate their requirements into a format that can be developed and integrated into the warehouse environment in a controlled manner. Within this role you will also be responsible for some elements of Quality Assurance and also project management.

Key accountabilities:

To identify, document and transform business requirements into technical specifications.
To plan and monitor large pieces of work/development.
To be responsible for Meta Data Management.
To ensure data is accurate and anomalies are investigated and resolved with agreement from the business.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills on a variety of levels, as well as strong analytical and problem solving skills. The ideal applicant will boast the ability to manage time efficiently with a focus on delivery of tasks whilst making themselves available to others as required. Prior experience of reviewing/creating test plans and scripts to ensure coverage for the proposed design is desirable.
