Purchase Ledger Clerk Our finance department are seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk for our centrally based offices in Pinesgate, Bath. The central responsibility of the role is to ensure the smooth settlement on supplier invoices. Key accountabilities:

  • Accurate and timely input of invoices onto the purchase ledger system for all of the companies within the Helphire Group.
  • Reconciling purchase ledger accounts to supplier statements.
 The ideal candidate will be accurate with data input, have knowledge of the mechanics of running a purchase Ledger system and boast the ability to work to tight deadlines. Knowledge of MS Word and Excel software essential as is a good telephone manner.
