Assistant Team Leader - Operations Department
Our Central Administration Department are seeking an Assistant Team Leader. The purpose of the role is to support the evening dialler team and team leaders and to manage the team through assisting in development and motivation to achieve maximum output. You will be working alongside the operational teams to meet and exceed SLA's to promote a high level of customer service, in our Northwich based offices.
Hours: Core Hours between 8am and 6pm, Monday-Friday, and 9am-1pm on Saturday.
Key accountabilities:
- To ensure data is processed in an accurate and timely manner in order to achieve set KPI's.
- To resolve telephone and written queries according to standard procedures and withing agreed timescales to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support and promote all company products and services to meet business targets.
- To motivate and develop the team through coaching, feedback and personal development programmes in order ro enhance and meet set SLA's whilst maximising staff retention.
The ideal candidate will have good communication skills and an excellent telephone manner. Excellent administration andorganisational skills a must! Knowledge of Credit Hire policies and of the Avaya CMS supervisor system beneficial though not essential.
