Here at Helphire Automotive Business is booming! Our Operations department are seeking Call Centre Operators to work in our offices based in Northwich.During this role you will be demonstrating a thorough understanding of all company products and porcedures including the Angel policy, Credit Hire and provide accurate explanations of products where necessary.

key accountabilties:

To maximise the converstion of referrals into successful vehicle hires through effectively liaising with clients, bodyshops, insurance companies and other relevant parties, portraying a professional company image at all times.
You will be responsible for day to day contacts with internal and external third parties for the processing of referrals, arrangement of hires, monitor repairs and measuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience, possess good communication skills, an excellent telephone manner and boast the ability to work to stretching targets often working unsupervised. Competent PC skills (Word and Excel) essential. knowledge of all regulating bodies (FSA, DPA, DMR) and an understanding of Credit Hire policies beneficial.
