Customer Service Advisor
A switched-on person full of get-up-and-go, you'll handle incoming calls from a variety of clients, explain our services and procedures, and gather the relevant information. It would be useful if you already have some experience of dealing with clients' enquiries over the telephone. Good attention to detail is a must, as is being used to working on a PC. As well as working to targets, quality is also an important aspect to the role. Further, more specific skills can be learned when you join our full training programme.
Operations Centre Administrative Assistants
Naturally well organised and full of initiative, you're the type of person who's thorough in everything you do - vital when getting involved in a variety of important tasks. Responsible for handling and sorting all incoming correspondence, be it by fax or email, you'll also use your Excel skills to enter new claims on our system.
Administrative Assistant (Courtesy Calling)
Happy dealing with a variety of people over the telephone, you'll spend the majority of time making courtesy calls to clients. This will involve confirming receipt of their claim, gathering any missing information and recording it on our system, then updating relevant parties on the status of claims. Ideally you'll have experience of working in a similar customer service environment, and be used to working with computers (including knowledge of Word and Excel). An excellent phone manner and calm manner is vital as you are often the first point of contact with the client at a time of stress.
Central Administration Team - Reviews
Liaising with clients, insurers, bodyshops and brokers, you'll be looking to justify the hire of a car to ensure we can successfully claim money back from at fault insurers and to end a hire when it is no longer justified. Ideally with previous customer service experience, you're excellent phone manner and good knowledge of computers will make you ideal for this role.
