I owned and ran two pre-schools for eight years before coming to Helphire in October 2003. At the time I wasn't absolutely sure what I wanted to do next, so I contacted a recruitment agency and they arranged the interview with Helphire. I took the position of receptionist as a temporary measure, but enjoyed it so much I never left!!

A variety of customer dealings over the years have helped me enormously; plus I've had lots of formal and informal training here. In my job I feel I'm really able to help people. If a client has a query or is not totally happy about something, I'm able to calm them down and assure them that their questions will be answered and sorted as quickly as possible.

All the staff and managers are genuinely friendly and supportive. There's a real 'team spirit' and plenty of encouragement to further yourself within the company. Most departments tend to meet up outside of work in the evenings for drinks.
