I joined Albany in February 2005. Just from the interview I could tell it was a good place to work. I had experience of credit control, but no specific insurance knowledge to speak of. I think my communication skills were noted, and these have improved even more whilst I've been here. In fact, I've enjoyed plenty of training since joining.

The atmosphere here is always fun. The work is fast paced and competitive, which I like. I'm looking forward to the team continuing to grow and the challenge of bigger targets. It's a great feeling when you hit your monthly targets.

And when I'm not hitting targets at work? I like going out for a drink with friends, music festivals and concerts, that sort of thing.
