I joined Helphire in March 2006. I knew the company had a reputation for being young in feel, vibrant, and generally a good place to work.

I brought a variety of work experience to the job, as well as the knowledge that I'm very much a team player. This has proved to be particularly useful, as I'm part of a sociable, co-operative team set-up that needs to pull together to meet all the challenges and get the work done.

On joining I had two weeks of training. I'm a fairly quick learner and have always been good with customers, which helped me when I went onto the telephone in the live environment. I value the fact that I get to use my own initiative rather than being told what to do all the time, and am looking forward to further development and progression within the company.
