Team Coach

I came to Albany after leaving college, where I did Business Studies. I was interested in simply gaining some work experience before university, but then I found dealing with insurance claims really challenging - so I decided to stay at Albany. I have been given the opportunity during my time with Albany to qualifications in customer service and telecommunications.

As team coach I support and motivate a team of advisors. We have a laugh but get the job done at the same time. I get a great deal of job satisfaction from helping develop the team, especially new advisors; I like the challenge of adapting my coaching style to meet individual needs.

We enjoy nights out together as a department, arranged by the company for achieving our performance targets. I've always enjoyed nights out on the town, and also manage to find the time to go to the gym quite regularly.
