Before Albany I worked for a transport company, and spent eight years there working in its insurance department. I decided it was time for a change, and had heard good things about Albany. Every day here offers a different challenge. I spend most of my time dealing with repair issues, so you
never know what's coming next. But it's definitely rewarding when issues are brought to a happy conclusion.

Our team is a very friendly one - everyone helps each other out and the atmosphere's good. On joining I had two weeks' initial training, which was very helpful, and there's always support from the team coaches. We've arranged plenty of nights out away from work, and I've made some good friends. Other than that, I like playing and watching football, keeping fit and, of course spending time with the family.
