Team Coach
I started working for Albany in January 2005 as a new claims advisor, having previously worked in customer service. This job involved logging new claims, ensuring clients were provided with suitable hire vehicles, identifying whether clients or passengers had suffered a personal injury and arranging repairs.
During my time in this role I developed my interpersonal skills, meaning I was able to handle all sorts of queries confidently. It was then the right time to progress my career further at Albany.
Now that I've been given the role of team coach within the new claims department, I monitor and train a team of advisors, encouraging them on all aspects of the job. I'm really enjoying it too - and find it rewarding and genuinely satisfying.
