Training/Coach

Before I joined Albany I was at college training in administration and word processing. I joined Albany in April 1999 as a temp, and was offered a permanent contract. My job was admin clerk, working in various departments filing the post that was actioned by the claims advisors.

I developed my skills within the company and moved into the new claims department. Working as a new claims advisor involved logging claims and making sure clients were happy with the service provided. During my time in new claims I moved up to being Team Coach, helping my team leader with a variety of queries and issues.

I have since been promoted to a Training/Coach in the training department, where I work with new advisors. The job is really rewarding as I very quickly see the development and achievements of new advisors within the department.
