^{We are currently looking for a Team Leader to manage the Central Administration Team in Northwich.}

^{We are looking for somebody to manage the Central Administration team through support, development and motivation to meet and exceed set KPI's. You will ensure that operators deliver a high standard of customer service, measured through the customer satisfaction survey and through the department quality standard. Also, your job is to ensure that all processes relating to products and services including Angel policy, Credit Hire and Credit Repair are managed in line with operational and departmental SLA's and to the agreed standard.}
