Repair Proof Monitoring Operator

Salary: £13,500 p.a. Plus excellent benefits and bonus scheme.

We are currently looking for a RPM Operator to join our Central Administration Department Team.

Role Purpose:

To provide end to end administration for all hires, including allocation of referrals, despatch of vehicles, monitoring of repairs and off hiring.
To administrate all processes relating to products and services.
To measure customer satisfaction through inbound and outbound telephony, contacing clients focussing on quality of service; recording data and providing timely management reports.

The ideal candidate will:

Have excellent communication and organisation skills
Be able to work as part of a team and unsupervised
Have the ability to solve problems, identify process improvements and good eye for detail
