Contact Centre Operator

Location: Northwich, Cheshire
Salary: 14,000 plus commission + pension scheme

If you haven't heard of us before, we are a non-fault accident management company and are currently seeking individuals to take on the role as one of our talented Contact Centre Operators. Our offices are based in the Gadbrook Business Park in Northwich and in this role you will be working with Helphire, dealing with the prestige side to the company.

Duties include:

Liaising with customers in order to provide details for their hire agreement and like for like vehicle - whilst providing an excellent service over the phone.
Arranging the delivery of the vehicle with the depot and then advising the customer on arrival times etc.
Data-entry work, with emphasis on entering client details onto our in-house system.
You will be responsible for day to day contacts with internal and external parties - ensuring that information is communicated effectively.

The ideal candidate will have previous phone-based customer service experience and relish a challenging and fast paced contact centre environment. Applicants will have good communication skills, an excellent telephone manner and boast the ability to work to stretching targets. The role will involve working 37.5 hours per week on a shift basis between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 5pm Saturday on a rota scheme. We have free parking on-site.
