Legal & Collections
Legal and Collections is a key department within Helphire Automotive and is charged with recovering the cost of the services provided to our customers from the insurance company of the negligent third party. This is achieved through a variety of routes including direct invoicing of the insurance company, as well as via solicitors acting on behalf of the customer.
Roles in Legal and Collections include Litigation Specialists, Claims Handlers and Solicitor Co-ordinators. All these roles require excellent skills in the active management of a portfolio of cases so as to secure payment as quickly as possible.
