Typical Roles Available
Operators
A switched on person full of get-up-and-go, you'll handle incoming calls from a variety of customers, explain our services and procedures, and gather the relevant information. It would be useful if you already have some experience of dealing with customers' enquiries over the telephone. Good attention to detail is a must, as is being used to working on a PC. Further, more specific skills can be learned when you join our full training programme.
Contact Centre Administrative Assistants
Naturally well organised and full of initiative, you're the type of person who's thorough in everything you do - vital when getting involved in a variety of important admin duties. Responsible for handling and sorting all incoming correspondence, be it faxes or emails, you'll also use your Excel skills to enter new information onto our system.
Administrative Assistant (Courtesy Calling)
Happy dealing with a variety of people over the telephone, you'll spend the majority of time making courtesy calls to clients. This will involve confirming receipt of their details, gathering any missing information and recording it on our system, then updating relevant parties. Ideally you'll have experience of working in a similar customer service environment, and be used to working with computers (including knowledge of Word and Excel).
