T-Pro Handler

To handle and negotiate third party property and motor claims on behalf of a UK insurer.  Essentially the role is to assess liability, then to quantify the claim, this includes the injury and property damage aspect (could be car or other types of property).  Based on circumstances and severity a cost is attributed and offers of payment are made to the third party.  In essence this is the reverse of what HH do.

Conversion Handler

Responsible for processing progressing Non Fault Accident Claims, Hire Vehicle selection & despatch 

• Progress Non Fault Incidents for Clients
• Hire, Despatch and off hire replacement vehicles
• Client, insurer, fleet liaison
• Responsibility for keeping the driver updated regarding the progression of their situation at all times
• Resolve issues resulting from the incident
• Ensure that vehicle off road time is kept to an absolute minimum
• Manage the day to day contact with the ‘client’ including requests for information
• Take day to day ownership of system procedures
• To maintain system documentation and policies
• Reporting as required by line manager
