Training & Development

At Total Accident Management we make sure all our people receive the training needed to do their job to the highest standard. Additionally, we support learning and development, equipping you with new skills as well as making the most of your talents to help you progress within the company.

On joining you'll attend a company induction day, giving you a useful overview of our business and taking you through the systems we use every day. If you're joining us as an operator you will start in the training academy, where you'll receive coaching on dealing with clients before joining your team within the operations centre.

Each one of our people have their own training record, and can count on regular one-to-ones and performance reviews; giving you the opportunity to discuss your development and identify any specific needs together with your manager. We invest in providing a range of in-house training, including our 'stepping into management' course for team leaders and first line managers, offering the opportunity to learn the theory and practice the skills of leadership and management.
